Kids Sing Country Music Festival & Craft Fair will take place on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Grantville Carnival Grounds, 215 Fire House Road, Grantville, PA 17028.

 

EASILY ACCESSIBLE

The KSC Craft Fair, now in its third year, offers free admission and plenty of free parking to all patrons. The fair location is convenient to Harrisburg, Hershey, Palmyra, and Lebanon while being Kids Sing Country Soapeasily accessible from exit 80 on Interstate 81.

VENDOR ITEMS

The fair accepts vendors of handmade and hand-crafted items, direct sales items, games, food items and more. KSC Music Festival & Craft Fair makes every effort to avoid duplication of vendor merchandise.

BOOTH SPACE

Both outdoor and covered booth spaces are available. Outdoor spaces are 10’x10′; Covered spaces are 8’x6′. For an additional fee, electricity is available. Booth spaces are available for set up at 9:30 am on Sunday, June 4 and must be ready for sales by 11:30 am. The craft fair opens to the public promptly at 12 noon and is open through 6 pm.

FEES

Vendor spaces are $35 plus one (1) donated item from your booth to be used in the event’s basket auction.  There is an additional $10 fee for electricity.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Non-profit organizations are invited to join us at the festival at no cost. Learn more about reserving a non-profit booth.

The staff and administration of the Kids Sing Country Music Festival & Craft Fair is 100% volunteer. All proceeds from the sale of vendor booths at the KSC Craft Fair support two regional non-profit organizations serving the capital region.

The Capital Area Therapeutic Riding Association (CATRA)
Located in Grantville, Pennsylvania and founded in 1985, CATRA offers an opportunity for capital area residents from all generations with all types of special and typical needs to establish an atmosphere of support, respect, and health in an equestrian farm environment while offering a therapeutic riding experience to those able to benefit from it.

Progressive Education of Children in the Arts Network (PECAN)
Founded in 2001, Progressive Education of Children in the Arts Network, Inc. (PECAN, Inc.) is a non-profit organization promoting the arts for youth. The purpose of this organization is to help bring children out of their “shells” by providing life-enriching arts opportunities and services for young people.

Booths will be approved and assigned on a first-paid basis. The organization has the right to refuse duplicate vendors. The event is a “family-friendly” event. The organization has the right to refuse vendors on the basis of merchandise offered.
