Kids Sing Country Music Festival & Craft Fair will take place on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Grantville Carnival Grounds, 215 Fire House Road, Grantville, PA 17028.

 

All proceeds from Kids Sing Country Music Festival & Craft Fair benefit two local non-profits, the Capital Area Therapeutic Riding Association (CATRA) and the Progressive Education for Children in the Arts Network (PECAN).

*There is an additional fee of $10 for electricity. Access to electricity must be reserved in advance.

 

Registration fees are non-refundable. Vendors using Outdoor Booth Space are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, electrical cords (including the covering for them), and popup tents if desired. Vendors in the Covered Booth Space will have a picnic table available for use if desired. All participants will be required to sign a liability/waiver form in order to participate.

Booths will be approved and assigned on a first paid basis. There will be no repeat booths for vendors of Direct Sales companies. If you are with a DS company you must list the company you are with. The organization has the right to refuse duplicate vendors.  The event is a “family-friendly” event. The organization has the right to refuse vendors on the basis of merchandise offered.
